👋 Hello,

If you’re reading this, you’re likely contemplating joining our accountability group but might have reservations or questions, specifically regarding why I started this community and how it operates.

But first, a bit about me.

I’m Viktor, originally from Bulgaria and currently residing in Singapore. My journey has taken me across seven different countries in Europe and Asia over the past 12 years.

I received my education in Denmark and have dedicated the last decade to building tech startups. Currently, I serve as the Chief of Staff at Docquity, a Series C health tech startup (think of us as the LinkedIn for doctors).

Disclaimer: this is a personal project and has nothing to do with Docquity.

In my leisure time, I enjoy:

• Reading and writing (Connect with me on LinkedIn)
• Exercising, including martial arts, running, cycling, and weights
• Traveling
• Building

A few things I believe in:

• Velocity is Key: Fast execution enables more learning per unit of time by increasing interactions with reality.

• Knowledge is Limited: Our understanding is often flawed, and we frequently fail to ask the right questions.

• Small Teams Win: They allow for quicker decisions, fewer meetings, and more enjoyment without the need to fragment work for political reasons, and they leave no room for mediocrity.

• Only the laws of physics set the limit: “I have learned to use the word impossible with the greatest of caution" Werner Von Braun

• There are two ways to reduce economic inequality:

  1. You can work to lift up the floor
  2. Or, work to lower the ceiling

  I personally prefer to work towards lifting the floor.

• The root cause of all your problems is that you haven’t found your life’s work yet. Once you do, most questions disappear.
